The Rowse House is rented by the week only in-season (Sunday to Sunday), with full payment due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Off Season: $3,660 In Season: $4,835  

A 15% service charge and the prevailing Maine State sales tax are added to cottage lodging charges.

A minimum 3-day stay is required.
Light housekeeping is provided daily.

An extra person in a cottage over the noted occupancy is $35 plus a 15% service charge and the prevailing Maine sales tax .

All rooms in the Hotel, Phillips House, Cole 1 and 2,  include a buffet breakfast. Rates are based on double occupancy.

Rooms in the Rowse House include breakfast off-season when rented by the day, not the week. (Prior to July 1st and after September 4th).

A 18% service charge will be added to all food and beverage charges. All charges are subject to the prevailing Maine sales tax.

The Hotel does not accept credit cards for advance deposits. We do accept Visa and MasterCard as final payment, but would prefer cash, travelers checks or a personal check.

An extra person in the hotel with a cot is $56.25 plus tax (per day). Cribs can be provided at the cost of $20 plus tax (one time charge) for children under 2 yrs.

Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited.

Check-In 4 P.M to 7 P.M - May 25th to June 15th.

June 15th to October 11th, anytime after 4 P.M.
