HIGH SEASON
July 1st to September 2nd
B&B $185 to $255
FALL SEASON
September 2nd to October 16th
B&B $125 to $195
All rooms in the Hotel, Phillips House and
Cole 1 or 2, include a buffet breakfast.
Rates are based on double occupancy.
A 18% service charge will be added to all food and beverage
charges. All charges are subject to a 7% Maine Sales Tax.
The Hotel does not accept credit cards
for advance deposits.
We do accept Visa and MasterCard as final payment,
but would prefer cash, travelers
checks or a personal check.
An extra person in the hotel with a cot
is $56.25 plus tax. (per day)
Cribs can be provided at the cost of $20 plus tax.
(one time charge) for children under 2 yrs.
Check-In 4 P.M. Check-Out 11:00 A.M.
Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited.
