A group booking is defined as the reservation of six (6) or more guest rooms for the same dates under a single arrangement. Whether you are hosting a private celebration, an executive retreat, or a social gathering, our intimate size and bespoke service allow us to curate every detail for a seamless and personalized stay.

Standard Daily Rate: Reservations require a 50% advanced deposit at the time of booking. Remaining 50% is charged on the day of your arrival.
Discounted Rates: Reservations require a 100% advanced deposit at the time of booking and are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.
Main Hotel and Phillips & Summer House Rooms: Reservations are fully cancellable until 14 days prior to arrival minus a $50 administrative fee. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, deposits are forfeited and non-refundable.
Bungalows, Cottages & Houses: Reservations are fully cancellable until 30 days prior to arrival minus a $50 administrative fee. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, deposits are forfeited and non-refundable. At the time of arrival reservation is non-refundable. No-shows, or early departures will be charged full reservation value.
Discounted Rates: 100% advanced deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled at any time. Deposit is forfeited to The Claremont.

Yes. A nightly Resort Fee of $50 per night will be applied to each reservation.
To ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay for all of our guests, we maintain a strict no-pet policy. We are pleased to welcome trained service animals in accordance with applicable laws. A service animal is defined as a dog individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability. Guests found to have any pet in their room will be subject to a cleaning fee of $250 per day.
The Claremont is a 100% non-smoking property. This applies to all guest rooms and indoor spaces, including cigarettes, vaping, and any other substances. Guests found smoking in non-smoking areas will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
The pool and all other amenities — cabanas, yoga, boat charters, etc. — are available for the exclusive use of our guests. If you are not an overnight guest, but have booked a spa service at The Claremont, you are welcome to use our pool before or after your appointment time, just please check in with the front desk or spa reception.
Yes! Our eateries — Little Fern, Harry’s Bar, and Batson Fish Camp — are open to the public.
